Psychoeducation: Knowledge as a Tool for Change
Understanding your mental and emotional well-being is just as important as the work we do in sessions. I incorporate psychoeducation into therapy, providing you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This might include:

✔ Learning how stress and anxiety affect the brain and body
✔ Understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions
✔ Exploring the science of mindfulness and relaxation techniques

Self Love Counseling For Women

Heart Restoration and Soul Care For Women:

As your counselor I will assist you in overcoming your fears, your grief, your pain…the pain of your past, learning to live in the present, decreasing the worries of your future. I will guide you in the process of healing and transformation, and empower you to have confidence in yourself, to invest in yourself, and to live your best life possible- mind, body, and spirit. The journey of life can become very difficult, and sometimes until we heal from the pain of our past, we can’t live fully in the present, and prepare for our future. We can’t move forward in healthy relationships until we learn to love ourselves holistically. As your counselor, I will work with you to help you discover the power you have within to achieve your life goals.

We will walk together on your journey of pouring into yourself with love and self compassion. Together, we will work together on mindset shifts, soul care, and holistic wellness.

Collaboratively, we will develop a vision of your future and then determine how your internal abilities can be enhanced in order to attain your desired outcome. I will guide you through the process of recognizing what is working for you, help you to explore the best way to continue practicing those strategies, and encourage you to acknowledge and celebrate your wins. I will provide support as you experiment with new practices in your life to help you bloom and flourish in love and light.
